📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days

  • Other Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

(Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.)

🏷 Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate of Rs. 300 for orders

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available nationwide.

  • Please ensure accurate address and active phone number for smooth delivery.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/Email so you can follow your parcel in real-time.

📍 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services in Pakistan (Leopards, TCS, M&P, etc.) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
